Terms and Conditions for Wealth Infoline Financial Services Private Limited (WIFSPL)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the website and mobile applications operated by Wealth Infoline Financial Services Private Limited (“WIFSPL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using the platform, you (“Client”, “User”, or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Terms
The Platform is owned and operated by Wealth Infoline Financial Services Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, bearing CIN U66190PN2024PTC230771, having its registered office at S No. 11/1, Flat No. 15/D, Green Nataraj Residency, Parvati, Pune – 411009, Maharashtra.
These Terms govern the relationship between WIFSPL and its clients. Access to and usage of the Platform is subject to compliance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Policies & Procedures, and any other documents executed at the time of account opening. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
2. Disclaimer
All investment decisions are solely based on the Client’s independent assessment of financial circumstances and objectives. WIFSPL acts only as a facilitator and does not influence investment decisions or provide investment advice.
WIFSPL, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or partners shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on information, opinions, or material available on the Platform.
3. Account Opening and Registration
Clients must complete the registration and KYC process as prescribed by WIFSPL. Account opening is subject to verification and approval at WIFSPL’s sole discretion. Online account opening is currently available only for individual residents of India.
4. Account Security and Passwords
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and 2FA details. All transactions executed using valid credentials shall be deemed authorized by the Client.
WIFSPL shall not be responsible for losses arising due to unauthorized access, hacking, misuse of credentials, or technical failures.
5. Orders
All orders placed through the Platform shall be deemed valid and authorized by the Client. WIFSPL shall not be responsible for execution delays, rejections, or losses arising therefrom.
6. Investment in Mutual Funds
WIFSPL acts as an order collection platform and routes transactions through recognized exchanges and registrars. Execution is subject to systems, regulatory processes, and third-party dependencies.
7. Fees and Brokerage
The Client agrees to pay all applicable charges, taxes, commissions, and levies as communicated by WIFSPL from time to time, except where explicitly exempted.
8. Suspension and Termination
WIFSPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for breach of these Terms or applicable laws. Such action shall be without liability to WIFSPL.
9. Representations and Warranties
The Client represents that all information provided is true, accurate, and updated, and that they are legally competent to enter into these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including content, software, trademarks, and logos, vest exclusively with WIFSPL. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Links to third-party platforms are provided for convenience. WIFSPL does not control or endorse third-party content and is not liable for any losses arising from their use.
12. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold WIFSPL harmless against all losses, claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
13. Investment Advice
No service or content provided on the Platform constitutes investment advice. Clients must seek independent professional advice before investing.
14. Programmes & Offers
WIFSPL may introduce promotional programs or referral initiatives at its discretion, subject to additional terms.
15. Force Majeure
WIFSPL shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, system failures, regulatory actions, or pandemics.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Investor Grievance Redressal
Grievances may be addressed to the Compliance Officer, Ms. Vanashree Shetty, at compliance@wealthinfoline.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Arbitration shall be conducted under the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration. Courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
