  • Uploaded images of cheque leaf, signature, identity proof, address proof, income proof, photograph, etc.
  • Recorded interactions via email, chatbot, online chat, WhatsApp, surveys, and social media platforms
  • Other non-personal information that helps us improve our services
  • Device-related information such as browser, operating system, IP address, device manufacturer, location, and unique device identifiers
  • Information collected via cookies, pixel tags, or similar electronic tools
  • Information retrieved from third-party sources such as CDSL KRA, Central KYC Registry (CKYC), NDML, DigiLocker, Credit Bureau, etc.

  • Share information with NBFC partners for fixed deposit investments (as applicable)

Aadhaar User Consent Policy

Providing Aadhaar details is voluntary and required only for online account opening and digital signing of documents. Aadhaar may also be used as an address proof.

WIFSPL does not store the complete Aadhaar number. Any Aadhaar copy shared is redacted before storage. During account opening via DigiLocker or NSDL, WIFSPL receives only limited information such as last 4 digits of Aadhaar, name, date of birth, gender, address, photo, or digitally signed document.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures are in place to safeguard and secure the information collected online.

How We Use Cookies

How We Use Biometrics

We do not store biometric information. Biometric data remains on your device. We only store a token linked to the biometric data to simplify login, and validation occurs solely on your device.
